The Centre for Policy Analysis is incorporated in Ghana, under
the Companies Act as a company without share capital and limited
by guarantee of its members. At the apex of the governance structure
is the CEPA Council made up of ten (10) members drawn from the
Private Sector, Academia and the Public Service Sector.
